A 26 year veteran

This year marks Mike Appling's 26th year anniversary with Athens BMW. A client advisor and leading salesman for the Athens dealership, Appling is also a ranking sales professional for BMW of North America.

Not your average BMW guy

For 10 consecutive years, Appling was awarded the prestigious BMW of North America's "Grand Travel Award" for serving as one of the Top 50 BMW Client Advisors in the nation, based on number of BMW's sold, customer satisfaction ratings, and amount of BMW training. In addition, Appling has served on the BMW of North America National Sales Council and Professional Sales Council. Appling also was instrumental in the Athens Area BMW's Ultimate Drive for the Cure, an annual event that raised money for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Appling is a long-time Athens resident and has been employed by Athens BMW since it opened in April of 1984. He and his wife, Alicia, a ReMax sales associate, live in Watkinsville, and have two children, Kristopher and Emily.
